“Dyslexia_01” explores the lost feeling such as confusion and misunderstanding
generated from use of language. Linguistic system is independently evolving in order to
make accordance with rapid changes of each specialized field.
Thus, this phenomenon finally prevents us from complete understanding.
This interactive video installation tries to convey this sort of dyslexia phenomenon of our age.
The fundamental function of letters, which is to be read is interfered in this piece.
The program is triggered by the viewers’ presence thorugh the webcam, and as viewers enter the installation,
floating letters projected on the huge books are scattered away to interrupt viewers from reading them.
